You'll need to do the following
1. Copy all files to hard drive
2. From the folder run command line
setup.exe DisableProducts=DIRECTX_FEB10 Mandatory=0
3. Select No when prompted to download updates at beginning
4. After installation completes download and install DIRECTX from here

I have tried to install Disc 1 numerous time and get the same interruption, although I do not know exactly where the software is interrupted. I have tried all of the above and am also running Windows 7 - 64 bit. I have received several things to try from support and have tried each of them, some several times, all to no avail. Has anyone successfully loaded Creator Pro on Windows 7 - 64 bit?

I have tried this solution also and was not able to see any different results.

Don't threadjack especially to a solved thread. Start your own thread and attach the install logs. Without that, no one knows what is going wrong!

You need to go to the start menu and run cmd Then When the dos box open, change the directory to where your files are saved.
If you aren't familiar with DOS commands, to change a directory type cd\ and press enter to go up a level and cd\foldername to go down a level.
Example: you are at C:\Users\Name and you want to go to C:\Roxio
1.type CD\ and press enter (If you want D dirve, type D:\)
2. you would return to C:\, then type cd\Roxio and press enter
3. type setup.exe DisableProducts=DIRECTX_FEB10 Mandatory=0 and press enter.
Good Luck, I love 2012 once I got it installed.
