I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Roxio Customer Support for responding to my email promptly and professionally. I had been dissatisfied with the Easy VHS to DVD product, and Roxio was kind enough to send me a refund check for my full purchase amount within 2 weeks of my request. Many thanks.
