Creator 2012 Crashes On Opening

Question

New installation of Creator 2012. Upon first opening My DVD crashed with an error showing Content Creator crashed. Repaired installation through Control Panel. Still crashes with following error:Log Name: Application

Latest Radeon Drivers, windows 7 X64 no direct X errors can't open video wave long enough to change render value. Have no idea how to fix without complete cleanout and re-install.

Do the Prep Steps to the letter!

 

Then start the install of the Suite, only pick Repair when it is offered.

 

When the 2012 Installer starts, it will ask if you want to check for updates... Do It!

Thanks, I did the steps to the letter. Used the update that was downloaded. Still nothing, same error only now the VD64INST is also showing a crash. Any ideas? Here is the event log:
