Greetings,
I want to burn some .avi files onto DVDs for a friend in Australia, who will play them back on a DVD player connected to her TV. To be on the safe side, I'll burn them in the PAL format, but I'm wondering whether I need to pay attention to the frame rate of the .avi files. Some are 25 fps (standard PAL rate), but others are 23 fps and 29 fps. Will Toast automatically convert everything to 25 fps, or should I only burn .avi files that are 25 fps to begin with?
Thanks

I can't help you with the abilities of Toast, but most of the newer DVD players I've seen in Australia will automatically play both PAL and NTSC files.

Thanks.
BTW, are 23 fps files NTSC?
