I made a few Blu-rays that consist of a single video, with no menu. When the video is finished playing, it starts up again.
I have selected "Auto play on insert" and I have unchecked "Play items continuously," in case that matters.
What setting do I need to allow the video to stop at the end?

You have to include a menu to prevent the looping. You can give the menu a black background by dragging in a solid black image file and give the text a black font so it almost looks like there is no menu.
