Error Opening Software

Okay so everytime i oped 'Roxio Game Capture' this comes up: error.jpg
please help.

Please post your computer specs.

Read through these suggestions.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Did you try the suggestions in the above link?  Are you connected to the Internet?

That is all you have?  Just a box with a processor in it - nothing else like video card/chip or audio or etc.  Post your computer maker and COMPLETE model number.  If you have a laptop; it is on the bottom.

Don't post the same problem in two different places.

Yes i'm connected to the internet when i try to open it it says unidentified next to the router im connected to though, and the router is in my bedroom along with my computer so i dont konw why it says unidentifyed.

The card should be good enough with the new drivers.  

Go here
    and put in your information.  Follow the instructions.   It looks like the new drivers are really new. At the site I linked to, you can also do the automatic detection and install.  Download that application   About 1/3 of the way down and about the center of that page.

part way through the installation (of the link you game me on my card type) it says:
error2.jpg
So i press ok and then near the end it says 'Failures occurred during installation' any ideas?
and on the page it links you o it says 'Application Install: install package failure!' at the bottom.

Okay you didnt say i had to uninstall my old drivers so i'm restarting comp and reinstalling programe now hopefuly it will work

Just guessing again.  Reinstall directX 9.  It may be corrupted.
