Hi everyone, I have had no success with using VtoDvd on an older windows xp. not enough hard drive space and the processor was just on the edge of system requirements.....so I went and bought a new Lenovo desktop that more than exceeds the requirements of the software...but once i installed VtoDVD on the Lenovo I get "the certificate file is missing or has been corrupted please re-install it" error code. I was up until midnight last night trying out all of the fixes I found in the forums and then re-tried them all tonight. Nothing seems to fix the problem. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. I have uninstalled, cleaned regisrty, and reinstalled five times, I have downloaded "repair licsence" and tried using that at least 10 times - the only thing that pops up is a little window that says "reset licesence and time locks" I click it and it does nothing. HELP I charged almost $600 for this computer yesterday and I cant even use it.

What is your OS & what Version of V2D are you trying to install?
Look at your disc with Windows Explorer to check the V2D Version:
I don't know that any of the "fixes" are going to work in that this error is not one associated with the 201B Version of V2D
While you are wading through this, it could be the result of an overactive AV and/or a Reg Cleaner
Be sure you follow the recommended Prep Steps to the letter!
