I am a new user....when I use the VHS to DVD feature the application appears to copy properly but when completed, it stays in "wait for finish mode" and never finishes. Any idea what issue is? I have tried multiple DVDs and reloaded application.

How long do you wait for it to finish? How long in time are you transfering?
Have you tried to first capture to your hard drive and then burn the video to DVD ? This is actually the best way of doing it.

What kind of burner and what kind of the blank DVD did you use? Have you tried a different media or burning at a slower speed?
