usually when there is no video, it's either a driver or connection issue. Can you double check the cables to make sure they are not loose and are connected correctly?

In addition, if you right click on My Computer -> Choose Properties -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager, do you see anything with yellow question mark?

Thanks Ivan, I rechecked all the cables and all connected correctly. Per your instructions, I checked the device manager and there is nothing there with yellow question mark
