I tried to install this program 9 times and it failed the exact same way every time. I see others had the same problem so with the last install, I followed the tech advise by copying the disc 1 files to my hard drive and using the "run" with "setup.exe DisableProducts=DIVX_PLUS", however, same problem. Very annoyed, please help. See attached log file.

Your issue is not with DIVX. It is with .NET 3.5 SP1. Not sure who told you DIVX was the issue or you just read it was a solution on another post.

INSTALLDOTNETFX35_FUL failed with exit code 1603

Run the command
setup.exe DisableProducts=DOTNETFX_351

You will need to download .NET 3.5 SP1 from Microsoft and install it separately or you may run into application issues.

Run the command
setup.exe DisableProducts=DOTNETFX_351

You will need to download .NET 3.5 SP1 from Microsoft and install it separately or you may run into application issues.
