Try putting your computer details in your signature via My Settings (above) Profile and then Change signature.so it will be available if anyone needs it.

If you do have a problem, here is a guide to the   type of information (link)   that is usually needed.

We are hoping that  you will have no problems with the Roxio software your have. Drop in for questions anytime.

beiker, why don't you do what was suggested to Gary -- put your computer specs in your signature.  Surely you can do that to help other people who have a simliar computers to ask you for real help.
