Based on the info you have given I have no idea.....give us some details..
Did it install OK.?
If yes, give us a step by step of what you are doing....etc, etc, etc

Did not install. All other disks will open in Drive D. Trying to open to get to setup.exe. Took product back to Best Buy and exchanged for new one. Best I can gather from info, it has something to do with system not reconizing UDF format. Respectfully, BillyK

Do you have a DVD reader? That would be the only way that your computer would not recognize the disc. Why do you think it is the UDF format? What operating system do you have? All programs are able to be read by all Windows computers. UDF would come ion only if you were trying to burn something to that format.
Look at the disc. Does it look like a pressed disc or one burned with an optical burner. There may be some problems with the later but it would probably not be a UDF issue.

As a learning experience for the OP since the OP is fixated on UDF format beiong the issue.
Did you look at the article? It says:
Your computer cannot read some or all files on CDs or DVDs that were recorded through the use of the Optical Storage Technology Association (OSTA) Universal Disk Format (UDF) file system standard. Symptoms may include:
- The disc is not recognized at all and shows up as empty.
- Error messages such as "The file or directory is corrupt and unreadable" appear when you try to access files in Windows Explorer.
