Hello

(1)
The Easy VHS to DVD Program receives the Video & Sound from the VCR and plays Okay!

(2)
The Video when recording is fine but the sound crackles

(3)
When video is stopped and the Ready to Export button is pressed

Then the video export button to PC is pressed, the Program Freezes
with Command:

"An unknown error has occured the application will shut down now"

Magna

PS
Tried the Program on our 2nd Computor and the same problem!

Using Win XP  &VHS to DVD  Build#(201B23A ENU

Follow the Prep Steps to the letter!

Then start to Install the Program, only choose Repair when it is offered.

Hi Jim

Yes
The Repair option updated the Roxie Video Capture

(1) The Video & Sound from the VHS Player is perfect on the
Easy VHS to DVD Edit & Record Screen

(2)
When Recording the Video is okay, but the sound is "choppy"
cutting in and out

Thanks

Magna

Tried the "Windows Movie Maker" program on my PC
and it Recorded perfectly !!!!
