Hi all, I have 2 question i would like answered

1. every time I upload to Youtube it says it has failed but doesn't tell me why can you tell me the best format to upload my videos to youtube

2. I bought the Console version and i would like to record stuff on my Pc but i cant figure out how. How do u do it? (probably just me being stupid but i cant do it to save my life)

Go here first http://www.roxio.com...sole/setup.html  and verify this is how you are set up.


Then go here  http://www.roxio.com...s-examples.html  and select a video for your application.

So give us some details, be specific.

The more you tell us (were just fellow users on here) the quicker we can hopefully help you. Can we assume that your computer meets the minimum requirement's for this program.

are you trying to upload videos that are over the time limit?  on youtube you can only upload videos that are under a certain amount of length..  if you are trying to upload videos that are 30-40 minutes or longer it will not work..

If you bought the console version then you can't record gameplay from your computer.That's what the PC version is for.

You nade the decision to buy the software so how can you say you were miss-sold?

I bought it after viewing at GAMEFEST where I was told if I by the PC version it Comes with just the Software But if I Get the Console Version its has the Software from the Pc pack plus the added extra of recording from console.
