Keep in mind that I could be totally ofbase here but
It looks as though this is caused by the removal of Pinnacle Studio 10 because the removal of certain non-Roxio applications that share file resources with Roxio software can cause problems. To fix, you will need to replace these files with this fix utility:
http://tools.roxio.c...isum_hotfix.exe
Be sure all Sonic and Roxio applications are shut down before launching this utility. This hotfix requires a reboot. No reinstallation of the software is necessary.
Please post whether this worked and if it didnt then we will be more than happy to give furthur advise :-)

Doing a google search on that error, I found out that it means there is still parts of the program on your computer... Try running roxizap in order to make sure that everything is completely removed from your computer, and then reinstall.

Any ideas on this one? I am hoping that Roxio will answer in a more timely fashion and I will post the results for whatever fix works for anyone else who might have a similar problem.
