Did you realize that computer is at least 3 syllables (more depending on where you live).
Did you make a copy of the download? . Do so at soon as possible.
Use this guideline to make sure your computer is up to date (link) Please post your computer specifications or at least the complete model number. What operating system are you using?
What kind of DVD are you trying to play?
You may have a repair option on the download, do that AFTER you have updated your computer. You MAY have to uninstall and then reinstall the program if the above doesn't work. Let us know before you do.
