When installing from the Roxio original CD, I receive

1) Error 1305: error reading from file c:\program files/common files\roxio shared
\resources\shared\generic\images\documentframehome.png.

I hit Retry then I get error:

Error 1335: The cabinet file StoryB~1.cab required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used.

I hit Retry, same message, then hit Abort and it reverses installation.

I had the same version of Roxio installed before, uninstalled it since it did not work (it had worked for many months prior to that, installed it with Add/Remove in Control Panel and am trying to reinstall it on Win XP Media Center PC with more than the minimum hardware requirements.  I have just installed a DVD +R/-R Double Layer Writer.  I have Nero 3 installed as well.

How do I fix?
