I just bought roxio creator 12 and i installed. But when i click on edit video advanced that is when the error comes up. Microsoft was no help. I am turning to you guys hopfully someone has had this problem and knows what is wrong. Thanks

Discs or Download?
First steps to take:
Follow the Prep Steps to the letter!
Then start to Install the Program, only choose Repair when it is offered.
Main thing is Turn OFF your AV software and not load any startup programs which might be interfering with the install of the program

"Closed" is not the same as turned off in Startup!!!
Edit Video-Advanced = VideoWave
It is obviously corrupted, try following what I suggested and run the Repair.

Jim thanks for your help, I did the setup like the link told me to but still same error. Then i repaired Roxio still get the error. I am lost ready to buy new laptop haha
