I am trying to download the product now. The downloader downloaded successfully, but when I run it, the window opens and remains blank while the little circle on the cursor spins. Behind the main window is a little pop-up that says Starting... it never goes any further. I have tried it on 2 different machines (both running Win7, one with Ultimate, the other Home). I have tried re-booting the machines, and disabling the norton smart firewall.
Any ideas?
