I have a Roxio Creator 2010 software (DVD), i installed it on my new computer dell brand and all of the fountions was not working. so i uninstalled it and cleaned out all folders manually and i tried to re-install but i am ending up with and error-(Setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of  the included products)

Anyone who encountered a similar problem can you help me please.

If you're running under Windows 7, try looking at the post that Sonic Boom has pinned near the top of this forum -HERE

If you're not running under Windows 7, tell us.
