I plugged all of the wires in correctly and there is no sound. When I do get the sound working it makes a buzzing sound..
How do I fix this?

Does this mean your settings are ok in your sound card, and the Roxio game cap is shown (as per the attached picture).
Are you getting the same "buzz" on your TV and computer?.
Are any Scart connectors involved in your configuration?.
