I have a Hp pavilion and my roxio video capturing usb is not working on it please help.

What specific Roxio program do you have?. Is it this http://www.roxio.com...d/overview.html or this http://www.roxio.com...e/overview.html   .

Once we know what you have , provide some details of how it is hooked up, etc etc, etc,

Also, the site you gave a link to, has many Pavilion's on it ...which do you have.
