The system ransfers the video and audio but I cannot start recording because the Start Recording button is missing (or Record, Edit and Save).
This is a new installation. Tried to get info on this but could not find it. Need Help. Thanks

You are not supplying any information...
The software has 2 basic modes,
In either mode, the Record button will not be active unless you have a Video Signal coming through.
In the 'Record DVD' mode, you MUST have a Blank DVD sitting in your Burner for Record to function...

In your display settings make sure you DPI setting is set at 100%.
