I would say a Installation problem.
I will move the thread to the Installation/Uninstallation/Update forum for C2012.
Sonic Boom is Roxio's installation specialist and will see it there.
Remember it's Friday night and he is probably off for the weekend.
Have a read in that forum you may find a fix!

Yes I am installing it to the hard-drive - I am following setup steps recommended in the wizard. I get to the install point where it says "rolling back microsoft.net " then it goes into the "installation interrupted" message.
Does this sound "fixable" ?
