Hi
I have Windows 7. I have just purchased the VHS to DVD 3 plus upgrade (download). When I installed it the installer removed the orginal Easy VHS to DVD. Once installed I had to restart. When I ran the program Windows tries to configure Sonic Cineplayer Decoder PAck. It needs the installation package CPDP.msi. I found this on the orginal DVD to VHS disk but received the error "E:\CPDECODERPACK_431\CPDP.msi is not a valid installation package for the product Sonic Cineplayer Decoder Pack."
My orginal VHS to DVD is only Vista approved (not Windows 7). Perhaps this is the problem.
I tried to find a solution by looking for a Windows 7 Version of Sonic Cineplayer Decoder Pack. Roxio only sells an XP or Windows VISTA version of this.
Any suggestions on how I resolve this?
Thanks
Gary

Never heard of that one...
First steps to try are to follow the Prep Steps to the letter!
Then start to Install the Program (the new download), only choose Repair when it is offered.
Let's see how that does before trying anything else
