Hello All,
Anybody else experiencing jitter or stutter problems when creating a DVD using TIVO files?
I've created a few DVDs using some TIVO files, but they all seem to suffer from jittery video when there is significant movement. Thanks.

Hello All,
I think I found a fix for my video problems. In MyDvd, I clicked on the File drop down menu and selected project properties (I think that's what it's called as I am at work and don't have the software in front of me). In the properties window that pops up there is a setting half way down on the right hand side that allows you to choose Interlaced or Progressive. On a whim last night I chose Progressive instead of Interlaced and re-burned my DVD. This cleared up my problem. What seems to confuse me (not always hard to do
) is that we have a 10 year old 54" RCA rear projection TV that is most definitely interlaced. I'm not totally clear on the Interlaced and Progressive settings in the Project Properties window as they are not included in the Help (as far as I could see anyway). I'm guessing that the DVD player converts the signal back to an interlaced signal for playback on the TV.
