Hello. I purchased my software from Target in Mount Laurel New Jersey and attempted installation on my Acer laptop which runs Windows 7. The box has a label on the bottom which contains a barcode on the left side of the label with a number at the bottom, on the right side of the label is a P/N, underneath this is another barcode and below that another number. I have tried all of these numbers but none are accepted, even though I did update the software in the beginning stage of installation. I wrote to customer support but was advised to send a photo of the bottom of the box, which I attempted but cannot get a clear enough picture so that the numbers are readable, so I typed out the numbers to help but was told this was not helpful. I did notice from previous forum discussions that other people have had the problem of incorrect P/N information provided due to a manufacturing error and wondered if maybe my situation was the same?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated at this point. Thank you.

Number on left side of label beneath first barcode: 6    87967  13252    6
P/N: 250200CS
Number beneath barcode on right side of label: 840693242Attached File  creator 2012 plus.jpg   52.28K   0 downloads

Your CD-Key should be a number sequence like this xx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx.

Those numbers on the label on the outside of the box have nothing to do with the CD-key number.

The CD-key will not be on the box label but should be on one of the CD envelopes inside the box.

There was only one envelope in this box and it has no numbers on it. I will have to take it back for a refund. Thanks for your help.
