Email meWe just upgraded to Window's 7 with Roxio included. I don't see the 'Starter' on any of the product names and wondered if it has some limitations that cause this problem. I'm trying to produce MP3 dics from files. It loads the files and the indicator shows adequate capacity, but it keeps rejecting the CD's.

From your post it is impossible to guess what your problem is. What do you mean by "starter"? What product names?

Why not tell us what Roxio program suite is installed? Got to Help/About and post the version and build number.

Also, nobody will e-mail you. In fact it is a very bad idea to post your e-mail address in any open forums. You may receive lots of junk and malicious e-mails.

Sounds like you just got a Dell computer with Roxio installed.

Contact Dell.....Dell's OEM versions are made to Dell's specs., and Dell  provide all the support for them.
