I used to be able to save youtube videos using Roxio Creator 2010 Pro's Video Copy & Convert in the past, but not any more.  Do anyone know why and how to save web videos again?  thank you

Have you tried savng some other videos from YouTube?   They have made a lot of changes in the past and  some of them caused some problems.

Try this one.from Roxio
.  It is the shortest one I could find.  It did work for me.
