Giving inaccurate or incomplete advise is still poor advise and not a excuse.
With all the technical advise you type out, a disclaimer, 'do not defrag your hard disk if its a SSD Drive' seems reasonable to me.

Oh and another thing just happened - used my mouse to scroll forward and the double sided arrow comes up and gets stuck into scrolling - eventually freed up at the end of the video - then did it again just now as I was trying to scroll backwards - when this happened in the past I ended up closing the program, but lose any changes
This happens to me a lot by mistake if I am not careful. This is just a plain bug and an oversight by the user interface team and the software validation team. If you release the mouse button while you push the mouse to the extreme left or right, it gets stuck into scroll indefinitely.
