I need some help!

Is there any way to animate dvd chapter thumbnails, particularly if your video production has only one menu thumbnail?  I know it's possible in EMC 7.0 & 7.5.  Is it possible in 8.0?  If so, how?[/size]

If you have chosen a DVD menu with a thumbnail button in the template, it should be automatically animated.  As some have pointed out, there is no way to turn the animation off.

I should have better clarified my question.

Is it possible to animate a menu thumbnail containing a picture, not a video clip?  For example, in EMC 7.0 & 7.5 the menu thumbnail would scroll through the initial pics of the slideshow (depending on the set duration of the pictures).  In other words, the thumbnail pic changed every few seconds.

I've also had trouble getting the animated thumbnail to start where I wanted it to also.

Yes I have no problem selecting ANY pciture from within a  slideshow.  Right click the thumbnail and choose 'Edit Thumbnail'.  Works fine for me.  However, I do not see any option to animate a menu thumbnail that was created by using the 'add slideshow' feature.
