Please help, i am wondering if others have this issues and know how to fix it... everything i record is extremely grainy and pixelated....i am attaching a screenshot of it....if you have any fixes please share !!

Are you using the game capture for PC or are you trying to run the Game Captrue for Console?
If you are running the game capture for games you play on your PC,then see if any of these will help.

Yes...i am running the PC version...unfortunately the link you posted did not contain information that is related to my issue.

Even the first one - administrator, acceleration and the two other suggestions? Did you try them or just assume that they were not going to solve your problem?
