Hang Up At 99%

it came out. I was trying to back up my data today and only got to 99%. It wasn't totally full, I think
there was about 300MB left on the DVD. This is the second time that I have burned a back up data disc.
The first time was Jan. 1,2012. That was OK. I don't know what update I was at in Jan. I update whenever
one comes out. It runs fine with burning a HD DVD.

I'm new to Toast 11. It just updated to 11.0.6... Is this an improvement over the previous updates?

When I used superdrive and gave up after hours of waiting, kill Toast and ended up with cd stuck in SuperDrive on Mac Pro.
Spent some time trying to even get the cd to eject; ended up having to re-boot and catch it at start up.
Issue happens when I burn to a Image file also.
Where are the log files for Toast?
Thanks

I tried duplicating the file while it hung, but it was corrupt.

A workaround could be to choose the Video files setting in the Copy window. Place the VIDEO_TS folder on the desktop or in the Movies folder and then choose DVD in the video tab of the Toast Media Browser. Here you can access individual titles contained in the VIDEO_TS folder. Drag the one(s) you want to the Convert window. You'll get another window where you can do trimming-type edits if you want. Click okay in that window and the title will appear in the Convert window for you to process.

The volume financial 4/20/2012 was found corrupt and needs to be repaired.
Error: This disk needs to be repaired. Click Repair Disk.
Analysis of the disk image by Tech Tool Pro hangs at Remounting Volume. After Canceling the test Voulume Structures Results says NO validation errors encountered, probably a false report because the testing never ended.
Running DU/DFA/Repair Disk leads to the report

The volume financial 4/20/2012 was repaired successfully.
Volume repair complete.Updating boot support partitions for the volume as required.
THe image mounted on the desktop looks OK and now perhaps could be burned. However, I am not confident that everything would be OK and since this disk is for long term archiving of financial records I need confidence.
I have downloaded and will revert to Toast 11.0.4, which has worked in the past, and hopefully will still.
Roxio, please fix this.

Toast 11.0.6 has a bug which makes Toast unusable for the simplest processes. The error is easily replicable. The error seems the same as reported on earlier versions of Toast 11, which had been corrected by 11.0.4.
Did anyone at Roxio even try to burn a disk with 11.0.6 before it was released?
