I have my DVD divided into chapters. How do I create scene selection buttons at the beginning linked to the chapters so the viewer can jump to the desired viewing starting point?

??? When you create Chapters, the Default is to create Chapter Menus 
You have to turn it OFF each and every time you go into the Chapter screen or you get Menus!
