You meet the minimum system requirements?

Any scart adapter involved?

Pretty sure doesn't cut it!

What are your system specs, click #17 in my signature to find where they are and post them.

It's common to help someone in a thread and after 30 some post they say, oh I tried another USB port and it works.

I posted those links for you to go over one by one and make sure you are connected and setup for your part of the world.

Is a scart adapter involved?

Do you folks ever read these things before you buy software?

Your at the bottom and below on the usable ram.

Your windows experience index is 1.9 a rating on your PC in general. My windows experience index is 7.5 do you see the horse power difference? The rating is the lowest score, what is your 1.9 rating from?

Shut every thing off that you can including antivirus/firewall, disconnect from the internet.

I thnk that "I'll try later" is the same as "Ya, whatever".  Meaning that the OP will never give us the real information we need without shaming him/her.   The OP will then complain about us abusing him/her and how bad Roxio is. Typical for some parts of the world -- you know where.   Posted Image

I would like the OP to prove me wrong.  Posted Image
