The standalone Creator Classic from Roxio Creator 2012 Pro will not burn Blue Ray. The Roxio Creator 2012 Pro “Burn Data Disc” application and other software on the computer will burn to the same BR burner and media without problems; however, I need access to the advanced features found in Creator Classic or another program with similar features that works.

This is the response that I received from Roxio email support did not help; I have no idea why the agent stated “Video” when I was specifically asking for support with a Data disc: “I would like to inform you that Creator Classic is not a complete version. Creator will not have all the features as in Creator 2012 Pro. Only the complete version will have all features. You will not be able to burn blu-ray videos using Creator Classic. Please use Creator 2012 Pro to burn Blu-ray files.”
Any help with the Creator Classic error or a recommendation for a reliable program with equivalent features would be greatly appreciated.

I think that the Tech Sevice perons was thinking SE or similar.

If you Google for Sw20.dll, it is part of the drivers for MSI devices - video card/chip. Did you update that lately. Are you overclocking it?

sknis,
Definitely selected BR in Creator Classic.
I recently upgraded to Roxio Creator 2012 Pro and discovered the BR problem. I have successfully burned to same BR drive and brand of media using Creator Classic from Roxio Creator 2011. No overclocking of anything… running an Intel Core i7 Extreme 980X, 12.0 GB DDR3, and two ASUS GTX 460’s on a multi monitor system with Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit SP1.
The burner works with Creator 2012 Pro “Burn Data Disc” and ImgBurn without incident, so I am thinking that this problem was introduced with Roxio Creator 2012 Pro but cannot be certain. Creator Classic 2012 crashes as soon as I hit "OK"
Thank you.
