No Files After Conversion

Hi! I need to convert a bunch of training sessions recorded on a home video recorder. They were saved as vob files. I bought the easy video copy and convert...and well it's not so easy. I've gone through the process of converting them (i.e. uploading, choosing wmv, and pressing the green arrow) and yet no files show up after conversion is completed. Help!

Neither one give any real details what your doing and how your doing it!

"I am having the exact same problem"  is a useless post because  vanessai explained virtually nothing.

Explain in detail step by step and some screen shots if either one would like some help?
