Hi, I am using my new Alienware m17x laptop with the Roxio Game Capture device... but there were several problems.

Audios were fine but the image quality was really blurry and colors were completely off. I've been trying to adjust with sharpness, hue, saturation, contrast and brightness with changing resolutions to 480i/720p and 1080i... none of these were making it fine.

I also tried recording the video and rendered through VideoWare and Sony vegas Pro 11 - and yet the image quality is still horrible. I've googled everywhere and it seems like I am the only one experiencing this problem, but I figured I'd ask here to see if anyone can solve my problem with this device.

I've reinstalled the software, and reinstalled BIOS and did everything all guide asked me for and still no luck.

These pictures are not actual color quality of the game, and if I pause the game and the screen darkens, it makes the game an actual default color screen quality. Which is why I tried to use brightness, contrast and saturation mostly but it wasn't helping at all. :(

Please help.

I guess no one has the talent to help me fix this problem. I guess I'll just have to call the support since forum isn't helping me.

How to win friends.  Please do call Roxio/Corel support.

Did you ever color check your monitor output?  If you output that video does it show the same color issue?
