Just purchased a Dell (WIN 7)that came with Roxio 2011.
When I attempt to open Roxio Creator, I get a mostly blank registration window.
The the program just hangs.
Can this be fixed?
Thank you.

Check with Dell, they provide ALL support for their OEM version of Roxio.

I really doubt that Dell ships any PC's with Creator 2011 in them??? All I have seen have the Dell OEM 10.3 with them.
As Tony suggests, call Dell and talk to them. You can also go on the web site and download the OEM Programs tha twere included so you can burn a disc and replace/repair your program if needed
Post back and let us know how you make out.

Your computer is a Dell, but is the software provided by them?
Is this what you're getting?
