I am using the Easy DC and DVD Burner to transfer LPs to CDs, but can't find out how to remove the Scratch Sounds by the LPs. Can anyone tell me how to do this, so the CDs don't have the scratch sounds of the LPs?

What's the actual full name of the Roxio program suite you have please, Robert?
Easy CD and DVD Burning (in the red box) is a cut down version of Easy Media Creator, and they have very different abilities so we need to know which one you have before we can advise you properly.
