i just got    easy vcr to  dvd  with the upgrade to  ver  3


well i i load the first  ver and it it  work then i load the  second  ver with  delete the other  ver  but   ver  3  did not  work-- all i i get is  opening  screen and that as  far as i  get

i uninstall it all
and load the first  ver and now it  going the  same thing


starting to think  roxio  software a pile  of  junk
