I have been successfully using iMic and CD Spin doctor to record audio, and burn Cds using Toast. Yesterday I decided to instead use the "Send to itunes" option. I find that my recording has been imported to itunes but has overwritten my whole library of hundreds of songs and bought music. Apple, of course, has seen to it that it isn't possible to copy this library back on to the computer so I now have a serious problem. I am using an iBook G4 and Mac OS 10.4.7 . I have just upgraded to Toast 7.1

I have used that option myself quite a bit, but I have never seen a symptom like that. If you have to, you can just add all of your songs back by dragging your Music folder into iTunes. Of course all of your playlists will be gone.

My music folder is empty apart from the latest recordings. A new music folder with the new recordings may have overwritten my old one. But I had immediately previously upgraded to Toast 7.1 and I didn't check if my music folder was still OK after the upgrade so I may be blaming CD Spin doctor incorrectly. I am using Mac OS 10.4.7
