Hi
I am trying to phone to cancel my Photo Show Premium Membership. The 877-616-6109 number was not any help. They told me I couldn't use that number to cancel. The asked me to call Roxio direct and gave me that number.......they weren't able to do it either. Then I got another number that I tried and they said no. I tried to sign up for Corel like it asked online and it didn't recognize my email address.
If I can find out the phone number for Sonic Solutions that might help? I believe they are the company that takes my credit card payment out each year.
Thanks!

Yes I did try that # and I don't have the invoice number anylonger and they told me my name wasn't on file. ?? I was online today for two hours emailing( and online chat and phone calls) to Roxio, PhotoShow,DigitalRiver, now I tried CleverBridge. If that doesn't work ( I am hoping it does) I will have to resort to closing my credit card and opening a new one with a different #. I appreciate everyones help here. Thank You !

I too was having problem trying to cancel my premium membership. I looked through my account page and couldn't find a link. I stumbled upon this forum, and was outraged after I read about your ordeal regarding how difficult they make it for you to cancel a membership - really? In this digital age? So I did a search in my Email and found the Email with the subscription renewed information, and lo and behold - there is a link for canceling auto-renewal of the membership. I clicked on it and it was done! So try to find that Email and it is actually very easy.
