Do you actually have the 201B Version of the software?
That is the Forum you posted in but I seem to recall that error associated with a much earlier version of Roxio
Before trying anything, I want to make sure your software is Win7 Compatible! It would be listed on the Box
Also if you examine the Disc, it will tell us the Version:

Do the Prep Steps to the letter!
Then start to install of the Suite, only pick Repair when it is offered.

step 1: Insert the installation disk,
step 2: Run setup.exe
Not to be a wiseguy, but honestly, I bought the EASY version thinking, no problem, I can handle this....Sorry, but there were no "prep" instructions, so where are they located, in another area of this site?
Ps. Ogden, did you see my software version attached in the previous message I sent?
