prob with rox.png To start off sorry if this has been posted before i had a look but i could not find this problem
i have the roxio game capture and "Roxio Easy Media Creator 10 LJ" installed with it but when i start it up or try and open an ISO image file i get the problem shown in the attachment i have tried  running the program compatibility mode but it did not work any help would be appreciated

I have a Sony vaio E series system model VPCEB1E0E Windows 7 Home Premium  64-bit
processor is an intel i3 m330 2.13GHz
direct x version 11
my display is
intel graphics media accelerator displaying at 1366 x 768 (32 bit) 59Hz)
if anyone is going to answer this but needs more info let me know

You have a cut down OEM version and support for that will come from the OEM who supplied it. it probably came with the Sony...contact them.

thanks :)the windows 7 was pre installed does that mean my OS is not the full version ?

That screen you're seeing is a partly-rendered registration screen, possibly connected to an Internet Explorer error.

Please read THIS topic where it has been discussed.

There are two solutions mentioned in the topic.
