Hello,
Am using Roxio creator 2012. I have attempted to convert a DVD movie to Ipod. I can get as far as Itunes and the DVD is split into 25 individual chapters. I don't understand why. How can I obtain the movie as as whole. Is it in the settings some where ?. I have played around with it and can't get a fix.I have looked at the discussion board and can't see a similar topic.
Can some one help please.

How long is the movie? I don't have an IPod; what format is the built in memory/memory card. Is the file system "FAT"? Read this. I don't know if that is the issue however but it may be logical depending on the length and size of the file.

30+ programs in the 2012 Suite, which one did you use?

I dabbled with Video Copy & Convert and I think that was what you were using...
It depends on HOW you select them!
If you choose the Movie, you get the Movie:
If you choose the Chapters, then you get the Chapters
Try that and see what happens for you
