I have a project where photos and small video clips are together. I have one video clip I would like to strip the audio from. Is there a way to do this?

Since you didn't give us much to go on, I'm going to guess that you are using "Edit Video -Advanced". When the video is in the timeline, click the icon to "show/hide" tracks. Select to show the native audio track. Once that is done, close that window. select the video where you want to remove the audio and then select to mute the track. There is no way of stripping out the audio with that application.
If you are not using that particular application, you should be but tell us which one you are using anyway.
