how do I out put video format to a vcr or tv and actually make it work EMC 7

We need more information. The first thing you need to check is the settings on your TV/VCR to make certain that it will read the signal from your computer. Even if your RCA cables are connected correctly, the TV/VCR must be set to receive the signal.

Then if you've already rendered the movie, right click on it and choose 'Export to TV'
