Hello,

I've tried installing Roxio 2012 Pro a few times from Disc and from my HD when copying the files to my desktop.  I'm running windows 7 ultimate 64.  I'm not sure what is going wrong, but I tried several different things from the forums to no avail.  Attached is my log files.  It looks like its failing right when it hits FaceFilter.  Thanks everyone in advance!
