Good Afternoon!  I can relate.  Last night I started having problems when I was trying to burn photos to a CD
and then I decided to make a photo album go add a nice touch versus just giving photos. I was given an error message and
advised to insert the CD there missing data or something. I did so and it seemed to be okay as it advised per message
that the data was there and it started uninstalling the Easy Media Creator Sutie 10 entiely and it accomplished the same.
I tried to reinstall was not able to message indicating not enough memory.  It just uninstalled the program and it was running
okay before I tried to make the photo alumb wtih frames.

I had the brillant ideal this morning to go back to a reset point.  I did and again I was aked to insert the CD because data was missing. Now it is indicating that unable to read certificate...I am at a loss.  I can not get the computer to recognise the CD.  :(

I don't think I am going to be purchasing additional Roxio products and I have the Corel Photo program.  I have experienced problems with Corel as well--they are the same company???

You have supplied no useful information? Are you running Windows 7 like the initial poster? If yes then EMC 10 will not work properly if at all. You have not even told us what program from EMC 10 you are using. "Burn photos to a CD" means nothing as there are many ways to do that in EMC 10. When were you given the message to insert the CD? The computer will not recognize what CD? At what stage? It would help if you were to post the exact message instead of "missing data or something"

You state that you also have problems with the Corel photo program. That indicates some problem with your system.
As of February or so Corel owns Roxio but the programs are completely separate identities.
